Ace Inflatables Receives Renewed Membership from PIPA

We are delighted to announce that we have recently received our renewed membership from PIPA (the Inflatable Play Inspection Scheme). This recognition reaffirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and excellence in the inflatable play industry.

Some New workers Don't Like Working in Ace Inflatables Factory

Some workers come and go. But some workers don't like going to Ace Inflatables Factory to work, because they all know our quality requirement is very strict.

When they worked in other factories before, they didn't need to sew so many reinforcement, specially in inflatable games like bounce house, bouncy castle, inflatable slide, inflatable obstacle course, inflatable theme park, inflatable playground and so on, and the stitching length is bigger, they spent less time in sewing a same product, and there is no pressure clock thing to check the inflatable game air pressure, easy money to make.

While in Ace Inflatables factory, there are quality requirement in many details, and every inflatable has to go to the QC team to check the inflatable game air pressure, ect.

Actually before an inflatable game go to the QC team, it has to go to the sewing supervisor for first overall check including the air pressure clock checking the air pressure. Air pressure is a big thing, because if an inflatable game is too soft, it is no fun to play!

All of us in Ace Inflatables, the sales team and the design team, and the backup teams include our factory director, get together in our meeting room, to review what we’ve done in April, and what’s important for our work in May.

The design chief is reporting the design jobs we’ve completed in April, including the new designs the team completed.
