What is your MOQ?

Just 1 set, and new design is also 1 set

Do you offer different standard air blower?

Yes, because different countries are using different plugs and voltage.In order to send the right blower for you, please kindly tell us what standard of plugs and voltage you use. Or we will choose regular standard blower according to your country.

Which kind of packaging do you use?

We use pvc tarpaulin bag for inflatables, heavy duty cartons for air blower

How do I order?

Send us your request, we will send you quotation with bank information.If you agree, we will start production after receiving deposit.

How do I pay?

T/T and L/C at sight is acceptable. If pay by T/T, 50% down payment to start production, 50% balance before delivery or at sight of the B/L copy. The banking information will be included in our Proforma Invoice to you.

How long is the production time?

Depend on the product size and quality, usually 7-14 days for small product, 1 month for big product

How long is the shipping time?

By express or air, 7-15 days, by train, 15-25 days, by sea, 1-2 month

How long is your product warranty?

3 years for EN-14960 inflatable games

Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes, if there is any question with our products, you can contact us, we will offer solution (repair, make a new one or refund)
