Ace Inflatables Receives Renewed Membership from PIPA

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! As many of you are aware, Ace Inflatables proudly stands as the sole factory in China with two Rpii inspectors dedicated to upholding the EN14960 standard for inflatable play equipment.

We are delighted to announce that we have recently received our renewed membership from PIPA (the Inflatable Play Inspection Scheme). This recognition reaffirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and excellence in the inflatable play industry.

Our team has worked diligently to meet and exceed the rigorous standards set by PIPA, and we are excited to continue providing you with top-notch inflatable play equipment. This renewed certification is a testament to our ongoing dedication to safety and quality assurance.

Some New workers Don't Like Working in Ace Inflatables Factory

Some workers come and go. But some workers don't like going to Ace Inflatables Factory to work, because they all know our quality requirement is very strict.

When they worked in other factories before, they didn't need to sew so many reinforcement, specially in inflatable games like bounce house, bouncy castle, inflatable slide, inflatable obstacle course, inflatable theme park, inflatable playground and so on, and the stitching length is bigger, they spent less time in sewing a same product, and there is no pressure clock thing to check the inflatable game air pressure, easy money to make.

While in Ace Inflatables factory, there are quality requirement in many details, and every inflatable has to go to the QC team to check the inflatable game air pressure, ect.

Actually before an inflatable game go to the QC team, it has to go to the sewing supervisor for first overall check including the air pressure clock checking the air pressure. Air pressure is a big thing, because if an inflatable game is too soft, it is no fun to play!

Ace Inflatables load a 40ft HQ container filled with our vibrant and exciting inflatables at one of our three production bases. This container destined for North America, the North America is our biggest market in the world. The second market is Europe.

It’s our monthly work review time for April.


All of us in Ace Inflatables, the sales team and the design team, and the backup teams include our factory director, get together in our meeting room, to review what we’ve done in April, and what’s important for our work in May.

The design chief is reporting the design jobs we’ve completed in April, including the new designs the team completed.


We’re so proud that more and more customers are interested in our new designs, we’re selling more and more of them.

We feel thankful that this customer keep working with Ace Inflatables for more than 8 years. They come to visit our factory once or twice a year. It’s our loyal customers who help us growing from one small factory to 3 factories with more than 100 people working for us.
